Since the first meeting with Bill Fuchs and his staff at Total Team Construction, they have provided outstanding service. Having big plans and little knowledge of this side of business, I phoned four contractors to provide preliminary numbers and information for a build-out. While the other two were very respectful, Bill arrived to our meeting with the people and resources needed to accurately answer the numerous questions I had, and provided information relevant to my needs. Through out the process of finding a location, he was available for meetings and phone calls always making me feel as though my company was his only client. His advice was sound, his resources professional, and the ideas he had were applicable, of high quality, and very creative! After having found a location, Total Team Construction provided time-lines, and detailed cost figures which were very accurate. Bill and his staff were at the site a few times each day to see that the work being done was on time and of high quality. The whole process turned out to be fascinating. The personality of Total Team Construction is honest, ethical, fun, and very hard working. Knowing that I could trust these men and women to have accurate information and excellent forecasting, I was able to focus on many other aspects of entrepreneurship. When the time comes for the next store, hiring Total Team Construction will be first on my list.
